I 'm a one-person 'organisation' - like most genealogists! The information I gave you was retyped for the BB from "A History of Kirk Maughold" by J.W. & C.K. Radcliffe, published by the Manx Museum & National Trust in 1979 (Chapter 15 'The town of Ramsey'). Unfortunately this book is out of print and difficult to find second-hand, although not impossible. You could try the bookshop at the MM.

Alternatively, if you are a member of the FHS you could write to them (email addresses in their mag.) and ask them to photocopy the chapter for you, which they may do since it is out of print. They will charge only photocopying and postage. Failing them you could try asking the MM Library to do so for you, for a copying fee.
