"Mrs. Salina Camaish Buried Today.
"Mrs. Salina Camaish, who with her husband and family have resided in Silver City for the past seven or eight years, died at her home, after a brief illness, at 8 o'clock yesterday morning, August 9, at the age of 50 years, leaving a family of husband and three daughters, one married to a Mr. Benefield and living in Boise, and the younger two, the youngest a bright girl of about 16, living at home. The husband, a miner employed at the Trade Dollar, is known as the steadiest miner in the camp, having worked for the same company for more than seven years without missing a single shift until his wife was taken ill. The funeral services of the deceased took place from Lower Masonic Hall this afternoon at 1 o'clock, attended by a large concourse of sympathising friends. The daughter residing in Boise could not attend because of having a sick babe at home". [Owyhee Nugget, Silver City, Idaho, 10 Aug 1906]
