David, if you send the Registry an email message saying what you want - see Contacts at top of page - they will ask you to send a sterling cheque (or postal order?) for the amount, and they will airmail the cert to you. I haven't done this for a few years, but I'm told they are still very quick. Even in NSW it takes 2-3 weeks for a cert to be posted, after ordering online!
