THIS is affirmed to be ye last Will of Isabel Kewley als Looney, who departed this life ye 19th of Decr. 1708. Being in good and perfect mind and memory at ye making thereof. Imprimis, She commended her sould to god and body to Christian Burial. Itt. to her sisters Kath : and Alice Looney six pence a peice
Legacy. Itt. to her father Jon. Loony as much cloth as will be a pair of Britches. Itt. She left to her Eldest Daughter Ann Kewley a peice of Land called ye Rennagh, and if it should please god to call for ye said Ann without Issue, yt then it was to descend to her Daughter Kath Kewley, and if they both dyed without Issue then yt ye said parcell should fall and become Due to her husband Patrick Kewley. Itt. she left to her said two daughters her wearing linnen and woollen cloaths, ye best part thereof to her Eldest Daughter and ye other part to her young-est. Itt. she left to her sd husband her part of a Mair and Pott. Itt. to Kath. Cannon a Kerchief a Coif with a waistcoat and Pettycoat in her wages. If she would accept thereof. Itt. Left to ye witnesses of ye will six pence a peice, And nominated her sd 2 daughters Exrs of all ye rest of her goods whatsoever, and If they both dyed under age, yt their goods should become due to her sd husband to wm she committed the tuition of y°' and their goods.
Witnesses: Tho : Crellin, Isabel Kewley jurati. Ye Exrs being under age ye husband is sworne in Court in form of Law.
