Previously Market Inn (qv).
Much confusion is possible because of two similar named establishments existing within a short distance of each other. Originally there was a Market Inn and an Old Market Inn (presumeably the names reflected the dates of establishment). The Market Inn renamed itself Market Hotel thus releasing the name for Old Market Inn to become simply Market Inn but it soon reacquired the epithet Old.
