Hi - Not necessarily. Shirley transcribed 100s of wills, and may have both, but muddled the headings when she sent them to Brian (or Brian put one under two headings when he uploaded them). Obviously we can't ask Brian, but Shirley also sent a lot of transcripts to Donna who might have them both.

There is also the possibility that someone else has transcribed the will but not yet sent it to Ian to go on Brian's list. Until the FHS sorts out their website the best way to see Brian's wills list including the Recent Transcripts (to end-June) is the "Main Wills Index" at lawsonsiom.freevar.com/
