I hadn't thought of looking to see if he rented any living accomodation, that's a good idea and also newspapers with regard to William Henry Cox advertising his business.

I just need a clue to find out when he arrived on the Isle of man, so anything that could help in that respect would be brilliant. Also as mentioned the name that wasn't very clear to read from the 1899 voters book if you can find out what that was it would be of great interest to me.
