there is a rose cottage on right hand side of douglas-peel road - backed up against a hill at Glen Vine marown - there is also one in braddan on saddle rd + 3 in union mills - Ballafreer Lane, Cronk Road + Lhergy Cripperty (the last is owned by a prominent member of the IoMfhsoc!)
