I'm not sure I've checked 1794-1798 in german regs (I know I've checked before 1794 and after 1798 when the register is a bit of a mess) but there would appear to be no baptism for Wm - though there is a gap in Edmund Garret's children c. 1795 - I presume the linkage is via Edmund's will (which I havn't seen).
