Hi Nigel,

I'm descended from the Corjeags through Thomas Corjeag 1785-1863, grandson of John Corjeag of Ballalonna (1694-1774). Thomas married Margaret Killey in Jurby and thereafter his descendants lived in Jurby, Ballaugh & Douglas and called themselves Cavendish. My last male ancestor of this line was Thomas Richard Cavendish 1877-1938.

I'm still trying to sort out which were the Ballakilley Corjeags and where they connect to the Ballalonna family, as I'm sure they must do at some point.

I'm also fascinated by the idea of Corjeag photos as this is something I've never seen.
I took pictures of Ballalonna farm one year I was over, but that is not as good as family photos!
