My hunch, based on that I think they're in Malew by then, is the Malew burial of Paul FELL 27 Aug 1832 will be him. The Braddan burial of a Paul FELL 1836 age 79 is much too old and I think belongs to the one who married Catharine LEWN in 1780 at Braddan and had many children.

A potential baptism is Paul FAILE son of Robt FAILE & Christian ARTHURE 20 Jan 1770 Marown.

The only IGI baptism that works for Isabella is 16 Jan 1774 Braddan, d of John STEVENSON and Jane CANNEL. However, there might be a better one hidden in a register somewhere.
