Sue, i have been to the IOM twice and you made a referance to the name being spoke as Cretch even though it was spelt differently. When i was there taking part in the Tynwald it was Manx, what was spoken on the island circa 1700's? i was stood right next to the hill without me knowing anything about my family history. Daniel served on the Victory too, as did my father and myself. I call that pretty spooky lol
