Hi Len,

I had a look at the Alfred Callow in the 1871 census, grandson, aged 3, b.Lonan, but thought that he was probably the son of Margaret's brother Thomas and his wife Sarah [Teare]. Alfred aged 14, b.Lonan was their son in the 1881 census. Thomas was bapt 28 Dec.1845 Maughold and married in Lonan in 1867. In 1871 they were in Ramsey with 1 yr old Florence A., and minus Alfred. According to the IGI few of their children were baptised. Weren't many of the Callows Quakers? - (no bapts).
