Spot on Frances, and the wording went "If thou hast not already been baptised..." And these days any verifiable Baptism is accepted. I neglected to say that in Australia nowdays some non-believers have 'naming ceremonies' - but not called 'Christenings' -performed by a lay celebrant. I don't know what happens elsewhere.
