the later ceremony will be a conditional baptism - you often see this indicated where adult converts are concerned as the baptism does not have to be performed by a Catholic to be valid (nor if I recall my canon law even a Christian) as long as the intention was there - the conditional aspect is that it may be uncertain if the person was previously baptised.
