Re: Arrangement of the Blocks in Lonan Churchyard

Hi Liz, I will e-mail you a copy of the map that's in my copy of Lonan MIs - what's your e-mail address? Also - here's a Guided tour! -
Stand facing the front door of Lonan Church, then turn right and follow the path past Block A on your left, (the path bends round a bit to the right). after about 10 or so yds there is a broad grass space on your left. Turn into this and walk parallel with the church (Block A on your left). There should be grass "spaces" between the rows of gravestones on your right; turn right into the second grass space and 112 should be about half -way down the row on your left. The first (top) names on the graves approaching B112 - on the left from the top of the row- should be Kelly, Orr, Moore, Mylrea, Cowley, Hoskin, Quayle, Quine, Hogg and then B112 - GELLING.
