John Mylecharane and Elizabeth Garrett were married Sept. 3 1814 in the parish of Andreas.
You may be looking for their births earlier than your dates, say C1790.

There are a number of possiblities including the son of Michael and Jane Milecrain christened 1787 in St. Nicholas Liverpool. I include this one on the basis that Thomas, the last child of John and Elizabeth reisterred in IGI, was christened in Liverpool at a methodist church at the end of Vauxall Road.

This christening and the fact that Ann married 1846 in Liverpool may indicate the family moved across.

It would be useful to find were they were in 1841.
