Re: CORLETT Re: visiting from USA

Tis wonderful, Thank you, so much for pointing me to the web site, I am very emotional at this time, tears actually, for I am able to see the actual Parish, thank you again, with you sending this I can now see thru my eyes the baptismal of Patrick and Philip, it is is beautiful, I shall tell you when this very trip began last APril it was as I stated a twofold , really three-fold trip, one to bring Mum back and then to go to the Isle of Man to finish my journey in the Cain line, and In Croft, ouside Leicester for my Croft Line, well as stated she fell, but many strange things were presented before and after we arrived that could have never been co-incidental, which were unbelievable, , my mother, was in shock after 60 years coming home, shock, she was not prepared at all for such change had taken place, but we had many strange events while there. The fall was actually one of them, which before we left brother fell 30 feet from his job and did not break a bone, on the plane he said he could believe he was saved, and in flight, we discussed his shoulder, i had brought a sling for him in case his arm began paining him, and who do you think wound up wearing that sling, when my mother fell, we raced out the bed and breakfast doorway and there she was crumpled up and her shoulder and wrist were broke, my husband said , run ,go get the sling you brought for brother, and I did , thank god I had brought it, but it was not brought for that reason but it got used for her instead of brother, and it saved her arm from major surgery. AT Glenfeild hospital the surgeon stated that sling saved a multitude of surgery. Just too many things, the clock tower incident, the crow on the top of the church steple, many things unexplainable, but we will get to finish our trip and it will be wonderful. Thank you so much for giving me that web site, I am going back to it to finish looking at all the photographs, there are breathtaking, and there is one where the children are at a Methodist church and they are doing the traditional May pole dance, they stopped that dance here 40 years ago, citing it Pagan, we could no longer have that celebration. It brought back childhood memories of me at the Maypole dance. Again , thank you and have a lovely day. Indebted, Mrs. Rosa
