My name is Karen Cain Shanlian. My family background only goes back as far as 1876 when my grandfather Daniel Jefferson Cain was born in Henry County in Ohio. His father's namee was David and I do not have his birthday.
Daniel was married to Margaret Nancy Mann. They produced 11 children. Daniel, Demas, Elmer LaVerne, Charles, ClaraBelle,Robert, Edward, Ralph, Richard, Gilbert. My grandfather was married before Margaret but I know nothing of his former wife and any children produced by this union. Daniel had a brother Roy and several half sibblings but their names were never mentioned much.
Daniel Jefferson Cain died in 1956 in Romeo, Michigan. Daniel was burried in Romeo Cemetary.
