Coincidentaly i am also PETER BREW as was my father. My Great grandfather was Thomas Brew(1880 ish) son of Thomas Brew (?) Not the same family at all but a coincidence as you metioned the popularity of certain names. I am doing a lot of research myself and will be posting my own thread soon. Good luck with your search.
