You will still need to double-check that each generation is accurate, against wills, par regs, etc.

Did you notice that Mr JA Brew wrote at the end that Mr. G. W. Piggin [with his address] sent him that pedigree of his Manx ancestry in 1989?
With luck you will be able to find your cousin George William Piggin, and he may have done more work on his Brew family since then.
