yes there is a deed summarised on my MNB Cd of the sale by him + wife to Elizabeth Eyres widow of Braddan (prob meant she lived in Douglas) dated 11 Aug 1827 - she was mother of wife of Revd Robert Aitkin and the estate was renamed as Eyreton (see Methodist history re Robt) now a housing estate - not sure any thing left of farm which was rebuilt tho the posh gatehouses on Peel road are still occupied (apparently road up from them to farm was too steep and they were not used for the purpose they were built for)
