Sorry, no documents. Only that FamilySearch gave only that one baptism of 14 Apr 1725 in Maughold for year range 1714-1728, and someone had attributed it to his ancestor in Ballaugh, who he assumed was born in Maughold. I then checked Thomas Mylvorrey in Ballaugh and came up with no baptisms for that year range, so I couldn't confirm the baptism as my Thomas Mylvorrey.
Thank you for clearing that up! At least I now know the baptismal date 14 Apr 1725 is his and that his father was also Thomas. Also there was a sister Mary 17 Dec1727?

Is there a possibility that the earlier Patrick McYlvorrey (father of Henry) and Thomas Mollevorrey (father of Thomas) are related to one another?
Also, is there an online source of wills for Maughold I could access?
