I can't find a record which says that your no.2 Thomas came from Maughold. Do you have a document which gives this information?
His marriage says "both of Ballaugh".

Unless you have an original record saying Thomas no.2 came from Maughold, I think the Thomas bapt 1725 in Maughold is the same Thomas who married Elizabeth Callow. These are their children in the Maughold parish register:
