I always wondered what the sons – that didn’t inherit the Land – did for a living - now I know – they took up a Profession.
Becoming a – Hatmaker – Weaver – Shoemaker - Grocer - etc.

1687 John Looney is Baptised on the 10th October.

1688 John Looney is named in his mother Margery’s Will.

1699 John Looney is named in his father John’s Will.

c1742 John Looney marries Margaret Kelvy.

c1743 John Looney’s son William is born.

1745 John Looney’s son Daniel is born.

1748 John Looney’s son Thomas is born.
