Findmypast in the 1891 census doesn't seem to recognise Wolf Street Liverpool, but it has said not found before when I know a street existed, so I'll have another go later - unless someone finds it in Ancestry in the meantime.

Looked again under Toxteth and finally found it spelt Wolfe - certainly not a user-friendly method of searching.
30, Wolfe Street, Toxteth Park, Liverpool, had the FOWLER & LEATHWOOD families living there in 1891 - all b.England.
I had a look at several of the nearby households, but no-one from the IOM. Most had two families or several boarders included in the household.
