the 1723 Thoma had will proved in Rushen and is buried in Rushen - why there esp as any property would appear to be in Malew - the court decree states unmarried - the thos with sis Cath who is noted as 'now of Ballaquaile' looks more like the widower and fa of Jony
The burial of Jony in 1724 in Malew notes daughter of Jo(John) not Thomas!

I don't have a copy of the 1723 Rushen will - in the 1729 m/c both parties are 'of Rushen'
