Having looked at enlarged original writing in 1841 Patrick Census, District 5, page 10, I agree that initial letter looks like a 'C'. However rest of word reads, 'sabella'.
She had a joint christening with her brother William, Marown, April 1841.
Her second brother, John Quayle was christened Marown, November 1841
Her parents, William and Ann Andersen were married Patrick, December 1838.

In 1851Census, Elizabeth Quayle, aged 10, dau. of John and Margaret most definitely reads Elizabeth, in the original form.
I've re checked placenames in Marown and German for Cornelly, Greeba...not there. I must have been away with the fairies when I wrote that 40 years ago...or wondering what to wear at The Belle Vue, Port Erin that night!!!!
