Thanks for the information about Catherine Faragher. I wonder when the 1951 census calls Catherine "Serv." not "dau." it means she was not from the family of Thomas Fargher and Isabella Craine Fargher. But maybe the census was not that accurate in its definition of people. One reason I'm interested in Catherine is that another person is writing a Faragher tree on the Internet and includes a Catherine born at the same time as this one in our tree as a sibling of Thomas, Daniel, William and Robert but I can't find a connection between her and the family. But I'm not going to pursue that any further.
