Thank you for that information Sue. That's a great help for NZ researchers. You might or might not know that I go to the IOM library at Peel for a few hours earch week, as a volunteer to answer the emails sent to the fhs library from all over the world by people researching their family history. Whilst I can not do their research for them I can do look ups and point them in the right direction to find the information they seek. I sometimes tell people about this message board with it,s many knowledgeable and helpful people. I have a skeet on this board every day. I feel like I am part of a comunity. Now Thanks to you Sue I can pass on the information about the new service for the New Zealand researchers. The Isle of Man IMUSEUM is putting a lot of stuff including parish records online but there will be a subscription. It is free if you go in to the imuseum to do your research but it is closed on Monday and Tuesdays. The only two days I have free .
