However to obtain the maps you mention,would be like wearing high heels to climb Mt.Everest. I suspect Nigel that the C R Tate you mention has been known as Rhodes Tate, do I have a new search criteria. I have been able to ascertain the area you mean. I think I have come across this gentlemen before, and think he may have been from the Scottish clan, an engineer. I will search it out.
