Re: Mary Ann Christian/ HARRISON/ RADCLIFFE/ & oth

Hi, Ann Harrison bapt.27 July 1823 was the daughter of Andrew Harrison and Ann Garrett (not Andrew Garrett), and I wrote in that message everything I knew about the family.

So, sorry, I didn't look for her marriage, but looking now at extracted marriages (from par reg) on the IGI it seems likely that she would be the Ann Harrison who married Wm Corkill on 13 Nov.1845 in Andreas. There are several bapts for their children on the IGI.

1851 census household transcript from Findmypast:

CORKILL, Ann Wife Married F 26 1825 Andreas
CORKILL, Ann Jane Daughter F 5 1846 Andreas

CORKILL, John Thos Son M 1 1850 Andreas

If you trace them through censuses and family wills you might find a family member staying with her, or a reference to her under her married name, which would confirm that you have the right family. You could also try for burials and MIs for her parents Andrew (1872) and Ann (1875?) - maybe she is in the same grave as other family members. Try the IOM FHS. My interest in the family was mainly in those born during the 1700s, so I didn't follow up the later generations.
