Where did you get the marriage date of 19 Feb 1796 from?

The IGI has only the one marriage [on 19 Feb.1789 Andreas] around those dates for an Ann Radcliffe to Kinry or Harrison. Please see the IGI [extracted entries] on FamilySearch.org.
