Here in Douglas I recommend Millie Blenkinsop and Graham French at the Landsdown Guest House , 102 Bucks Road Douglas IOM IM1 3AQ British Isles Friendly and very good value for B and B. It is a big row-home - like a New York Brownstone really, but painted at the front. All floors are walk up. Rooms small. but have a lav and shower off. If you are willing to pay more there are plenty of more up-market, but they won't be any more friendly.
