Hi Frances, Yes Alexander James (GGGrandfather) was son of Alexr and Jane McKiven. But my GGrandfather Alex not with Sarah in 1841 as not born until 1862. Corrin family are linked as Helen Eliza Cain d/o Alexr and Jane m Thomas Corrin in 1840 Bradden. Thanks for confirming I am on the right track. I only have two children of Alexr and Jane McKiven = Helen Eliza (1816) and Alexr James (1821). Do you know of more children? Seems Jane McK died 1821 ?? childbirth. Did Alex. marry again?
