A brief history of Ballacloan is on ManxNoteBook - by 1880 part of Methodist Childrens Home system - Girls were trained for domestic service whilst many of the boys were sent to Canada - I assume it is Agnes Kinley you are seeking - can you not find her on 1891 census - there were no death certificates until late 1870's so unless there is a report in the newspaper (unlikely) you probably won't find cause of death - they had a very large family so no doubt any relatives couldn't cope. I don't have any records of children admitted at this period so can't help.
