My thoughts were that as John was bapt in 1715 he would be young when his father Wm died in 1724. Wm's bros Dollin, John and sis Mary were appointed overseers of Wm's Will together with his widow - as the children were all underage. Would they have waited until John was of age til they transferred the property to John?
