its actually one of the tidiest hands tho I've found most were, as appear to be drawn up by professional scribes who sometimes can be found testifying to them in court.
The mising baptism is interesting - I've looked at the Michael + ballaugh regs (I transcribed the official copy so might have missed this if say at bottom of page in the actual reg and thus too worn to read - might be worth checking the Bishops transcripts for period - I can't see why a baptism would be elsewhere (Ballaugh is nearest but they are in Michael) - the only Michael confirmations are 1743 + 1767 and give no details but the 1743 states in 1911 copy that found in loose sheets in reg thus possible that the vicar was not great at record keeping around this period
