Here's another possible way in to the Teare family!

Rose Cottage. There are 2 properties of this name in the parish of Andreas. One was on the West Craig Loop Road. It was originally called Close William, and then later Teare's Croft. This was lived in by a John James Teare born in 1857. He married a Catherine Jane Lace (born 1864) in around 1886. Her parents were Philip and Mary Lace who lived nearby at Close William later called Lace's Croft.
