Thanks for the reply. I can place the later Fleetwoods with their connections to Liverpool and the use of the name 'Caryl'. but the earlier ones intrigue me. It looks as though the Fleetwood name did not progress any further according to Edward's will, but the question is where did they come from? Susannah does not appear to have been baptised at Malew according to the IGI, so either she was not baptised, the event was not recorded or it took place elsewhere - intriguing! Also, I wonder where she got married? Lots to think about when I get to the MM!
