Unless you are in the IoM you would need to go to a LDS Family History Centre (see in phone book under Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints) and order the film to view for a small fee. The film number is: 0106462, which contains 1861 Epis. wills - this one was No.41, in Braddan parish. They usually allow photocopying.
