She uses a digital camera to photograph the wills from the film, then transcribes them at home. So you would need to make sure that you don't choose a film they have already copied. But if you are inexperienced with the writing perhaps you could catch them at the FHC every now and again to ask about tricky words. I also suggest that if inexperienced you start with a film from the mid 1700s to early 1800s which will be easier to read than the early 1700s or earlier - although the late 1600s to early 1700s are a period when several parish registers are missing, so wills are especially invaluable. They are of less use once we have census records from the mid-1800s, although of course still very useful. So up to you!

You will need to check on his website to make sure the will you are looking at hasn't already been transcribed, and when sending include the LDS film number and the year, as well as your name as submitter.
