I need to get a copy of the marriage cert of my great-great grandparents who married 3Jun1847 in Braddan. George Clark/e and Catherine Ann Corran.

1) did the certs. show the father's names in 1847?

2) can I hire someone to look it up in Douglas and send it to me? If so, who should I contact?
