I started looking at the Turnbull family because at the 1914 funeral of my great grandfather's brother in law, Henry Kelly of Ballaqueeny, Port St Mary, there were 2 nephews, Edward and Lewis Turnbull. It turns out that Henry Kelly's sister, Ann, married William Turnbull b 1821. This William Turnbull was a son of Thomas Turnbull (1792-1859) and Esther Qualtrough. And this Thomas Turnbull was a brother of your William b 1787 (I think )
