Thanks for your prompt response. The only
Mcbride that sounds plausible would be
Robert McBride who died in 1833. My ggrandfather migrated to Canada, then New
York and was naturalized in 1838. We have
all been told William's parents were deceased.
William migrated to New York by way of Canada. He was naturalized in NY in 1838. Is
there anyway I can get info on Robert and/or
his family? I really appreciate any direction
you can furnish me for further research.
