By the 1891 census William H is in Liverpool (where I am from) in Sellor Street, Kirkdale. He marries Mary Ann Kerwin in 1897 and they have 6 children by 1911, the second youngest is my Grandad. I have got baptism records from the church records of all children except one, apparantly 1 child died before 1911 and after 1901. The rest I know because my Grandad is Thomas Gawne b 1906 died 1944.

Now I am back to the beginning, if I go back it is Edward Gawne that I will get stuck on again. How would I go about getting a birth cert if I don't know for sure where he was born?
