Yes, I gave you the LDS film details in my second message where you can see the parish register for yourselves - to see both the marriage and John's birth and baptism. This is on LDS film no.0990818 which also should have the marriage.
If you can't get to a Family History Centre you can probably also see the entries online on ScotlandsPeople (although not all parish registers have been copied), but this is pay per view. www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk/
The benefit of looking at the LDS film is that you can follow all family bapts, marriages, and burials in the parish register for the one-off (small) cost of ordering it, and then you can photocopy any entries which interest you. That way you may find place names, occupations, witnesses (god parents), etc. to build up a picture of the family.
I couldn't find his baptism in the IGI for the Isle of Man (extracted from the par reg), so I think the Scottish one is the right one.
