I've gone back to John Skillicorn & Isabella Cowley of Ballabeg Lonan and their son John aged 12 in the 1851 census (John marr. Jane Moore, and were the parents of John James who marr. Eliza Cath Kelly, the parents of Harold) - and I can't see a relationship to William - sorry.
