This is extracted from my notes on this family. It doesn't answer your question, but hope it might be of interest anyway. Apologies for the layout.

There was a thread concerning Robert S Moore & his father in 2004. You could search on Moore with date 4 Feb 2004. This is an excerpt:-
“ROBERT MOORE: Posted By: James Moore date: Wed, 4 February 2004, at 6:12 a.m.
My great grandfather was married to Jane Cowley, and went to America to better himself in 1868 and never returned. He was supposed to be the youngest of a large family, but I cannot find this family. There was a sister, a Mrs Cavendish who raised my grandfather, and an uncle William who came to tell Robert that his father had died in America 1880.”
Here is RSM with his aunt:

The son, Robert Stephen Moore, had a sister Margaret who married her cousin. Her father was Robert Moore, her brother was Robert (S) Moore and her husband was Robert Moore. She had a son, and guess what, she called him Robert (W) Moore! No wonder Donna or anyone would have problems!
