I have found a stray in New Zealand, a Jim Clegg stayed with my wifes Grand Parents in a small town called Torere, Eastern Bay of Plenty, he was what they call a drifter in the USA, we had lots of these men during the Great Depression, I will take a photograph of his Headstone next time I am down there and try and find out more about him.
